My Approach
Discover how my Rapid Transformation Therapy guides you through personalized steps for profound, lasting change.
Step One: Discovery call
Begin with an introduction call where we can get to know each other, discuss your life goals and current challenges and I will tell you more about my hypnotherapy and approach.
Step Two: Hypnotherapy Session
Engage in focused Rapid Transformation Therapy to address core challenges and unlock your potential. During the session we will uncover past trauma, reflect upon its impact on your current life and connection to its challenges. By re-visiting these scenes from your current perspective you will discover their unworthiness and let go of what doesn’t serve you. A session can take place virtually or physically in Copenhagen.
Step Three: Audio recording and follow up
To ensure lasting change, I will provide you with a personal audio recording for you to listen to daily and check-in weekly while you listen to the recording to support you. Humans are creatures of habit, thus the audio recording will help you to establish lasting change by reminding yourself daily about your new path.

What happens in Hypnosis?
Did you know we live about 95% of our lives from the subconscious mind? That’s where our habits, beliefs, and patterns sit — often without us realizing it. Hypnosis is simply a safe, natural way to access that part of the mind.
Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state of mind — a bit like when you’re daydreaming, lost in a good book, or so absorbed in a movie that you forget about everything else around you. You are always aware, in control, and able to talk to me if you want to.
All I do is gently guide you into this calm state so we can work with your subconscious mind — the part of you that holds old beliefs, habits, and patterns. From there, we can uncover what’s been keeping you stuck and help you reframe it in a positive way.
It’s a safe, natural process — nothing scary, nothing “out of control.” Most people find it deeply relaxing, like giving your mind a chance to rest while opening the door to real change.
